Great tenant. I truly have no words to describe what an exceptional tenant she has been. I am a property manager and she is, without a doubt, one of the best tenants I have ever had. She keeps the property extremely clean, is a wonderful person, and has never caused any issues. She has been residing at the property since November 2018 and genuinely loves living there. She is currently on a month-to-month lease. Should you ever need the property vacated, she fully understands that a 30-day notice would apply and has no issue complying.
